First place in the 4x800 meter at Birger Solberg Invitational
My team and I smashed the opposition so hard. There were eleven teams in the race from all over the coast of Washington - Even some Canadians were there.
We were three seconds from obtaining a new school record in the the race. Unfortunately I ran it in 2:11. My team mates ran it in 2:08, 2:08, 2:02.
We were happy enough with the first place win though. It was my first 800 meter race in my life haha, I’m a miler by heart.
Plus the medal isn’t too bad.
